The challenge

Every day, 22 veterans are lost to suicide. Thousands more silently battle isolation, depression, and the struggle to transition into civilian life. Many live on fixed incomes, disconnected from community, purpose, and opportunity. Here in Las Vegas — home to over 138,000 veterans — the need is real and urgent.

Too often, our heroes return home only to feel forgotten. They need more than thanks — they need connection, training, and a new mission.

Programs

 Our Programs

Red Tails Racing Foundation exists to meet that need through the power of motorsports, technical training, and hands-on community service. Our growing initiatives include:

 Red Tails Racing Teams

Competitive racing opportunities that bring veterans back into a team environment — building confidence, focus, and adrenaline-based therapy through real-world motorsports.

Motorsports Academy

Hands-on training in automotive tech, vehicle prep, and race operations. Veterans gain industry experience, certifications, and pathways to employment in racing and performance sectors.

 Sim Racing Academy

An accessible, scalable way for veterans to develop racing skills, compete in online leagues, and connect with fellow veterans — no travel or equipment barriers required.

Community Mobile Repair Program

Veteran-led, low-cost vehicle repairs for families in need. Every repair provides paid on-the-job training, workforce experience, and a vital service for the community.
